To our valued patients,
We are excited to announce that we are now up and running with our Tele-Rehabilitation service. This means we can provide continuity of care while we all do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19. Click to learn more or here to Book Now.
What we can offer during Tele-Rehabilitation:
Although we will not be able to deliver the same healing touch of hands on therapy, you can expect to receive the same safe, quality care that you would get during an in-person visit. There are many ways our therapist can still help using virtual means, be it guided assessment, exercise prescription, answering questions and treatment planning to keep you track until we see each other in person again.
What we can’t currently offer:
With the temporary suspension of in-person treatment, we won’t be able offer services such as acupuncture, massage, IMS, manual therapy, pool therapy etc.
When would Tele-Rehabilitation be appropriate?
Tele-rehabilitation offers a way for you to receive new or follow-up care by your original treating physio, kinesiologist or athletic therapist during times such as these, when you can’t have an in person appointment.
When would Tele-Rehabilitation not be appropriate?
If the bulk of your treatments require hands on therapy, hands on assessment or in person supervision for safety reasons. If you are unsure please call 250 386 7254 or email email@example.com
When will you re-open for in-person treatment?
We are following the COVID-19 closely. The safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority. We will follow the guidance provided to us from our regulating college as well as health officials. Our temporary closure of in person treatment will continue indefinitely. This situation is fluid and may changed quickly so please check back here for updates.
We want to sincerely thank everyone for their patience and understanding during this difficult time. Let’s continue to care for ourselves, loved ones and community and we look forward to you all in person again soon!
