Carpal Tunnel

Carpal Tunnel is very common pre + post partum. With the  increased fluid retention and relaxed ligaments and tissue, carpal tunnel can more easily occur. Massage therapy can help you reduce the fluid retention by using a special technique called 'effleurage' that helps flush fluid retention towards your heart so it can manage it and flush it out of the system.
