Company is coming and the kids are off school! Time to clean up that workout routine so you feel strong cleaning up for your summertime household!! Another real-world workout this week. Follow along for elbow grease exercises to build endurance in your shoulders, back, and core.

Cleaning never seems to end and comes with lots of repetitive movements. We recommend 3 sets using low to moderate resistance and lots of reps to build up endurance.

1️⃣ Overhead Shoulder Press and Kettlebell Calf Raises - Stay strong while lifting heavy boxes onto high-up closet shelves... even on your tippy toes

2️⃣ Cable Row and Pollof Press - Vacuuming requires lots of repetitive "push/pull" motions. Keep your back and core strong so you don't miss a spot

3️⃣ External Shoulder Rotation - Whether it's the countertop or bathtub, scrubbing requires a lot of shoulder endurance and circular movement patterns. Those rotator cuff muscles need to keep up so you can wax on and wax off without pain or fatigue creeping in!
