The LAB Health team is busy shaping up for the Esquimalt 5 km and Kids 1 km Fun Run. Today, our Workout Of The Week will guide you through a dynamic warm up that can be added to your routine before you hit the road, trails, or treadmill. Warming up your muscles and joints is a great way to prime your body for a better workout as well as reduce the risk of injury during exercise.
