CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice to avoid any late fee. You can easily cancel or reschedule in a timely manner by logging into your Jane account.  For all NON-ILLNESS** related reasons, we understand that life happens and this is why we give everyone one pass on this fee. However, after your first chance our policy is

**If cancelling or rescheduling due to illness, please give us as much notice as possible and consider rescheduling your appointment to a Tele-Rehab service. If you have COVID-like symptoms please stay home and call the clinic to reschedule your appointment.  

  1. Notice given less than 24 will be charged 50% of the fee to the authorized credit card on file.

  2. No notice given for not attending your appointment, a ‘no show’, will be charged the full appointment fee to the authorized credit card on file.
